I have lived here for about a year and a half and cannot wait for my lease to end. I previously lived in an apartment 2 miles away but moved here into the largest apartment due to the appealing small yard. This place is horrendous due to the low-life type of people I have realized live here. There is always some kind of party and security is a joke... I saw one security guard partying with the people instead of telling them to be quiet! I live by the front gate and I cannot begin to tell you how many times the cops have been here due to the apparent trashy people that they rent to. Many apartments seem to have groups of people living in them, and nobody has any class or respect. I saw one neighbor walking his dog and did not bother to pick up after the dog until I asked him to. I sincerely advise those who are looking for a nice, safe, and quiet place to live to look elsewhere as you will be severly dissappointed in the Regency Palms.
