Rented: From 2004 To 2007

You will love living here if you like the following things:

Meth addicts blasting their music all the time (Jeff)
No property management on site (25 unit complex. Illeagal??)
HBPD making constant trips here
Incompetent, off site property management that only cares about your rent checks.
700 square feet of hot, miserable conditions. No amenities at all.
Termite infestation not being treated.

Take it from me, someone who used to live there, you will regret signing your lease everyday.
