Apartment Review for Turtle Ridge

Management has changed numerous times in several years, they give lip service but rarely ever follow through on various issues, poor management culture with bad attitude toward tenants. Some apartments were originally in "No-Pet Buildings" but they opted, with no disclosure, to change that, some no-pet apts in this now mixed building have dogs though they aren't supposed to, there are many dogs who poop in courtyard as owners generally are not picking it up, not fit for children to play in, grass in poor condition! Insulation is horrible, you hear your neighbors loud and clear, pounding of feet, talking, noises from beds,everything,especially built-in W/D, a nightmare as washer vibrates the ceiling directly over bedrooms at all hours of the night and early morning, management claims insulation is up to standard (what a joke!)One issue needed 1 1/2 years to finally resolve. Leasing office often does not answer phone and messages are not returned about 75% of the time. Many solicitors knocking loudly in this gated community. Irvine Company asleep at the switch.I wonder who is rating 71%,much of the office staff live on premises.Most of the positive reviews are outdated with little time on sight,good reviews primarily due to location, however it is not a category in the rating criteria (rightfully so).
