The management is cutting costs - Integral Partners has bought part of the complex for the condo conversion, and Integral has an option to purchase the remaining three "rental" buildings. This could happen mid-2005.
Security is non-existent, both in the residental buildings and in the gated underground parking garages. Construction workers mill all around the complex. This has been going on since October 2004, and a number of units on the "condo conversion" side remain to be remodeled.
I would not buy here and I strongly recommend that no one rent here either.
