Apartment Review for Regents La Jolla

BUYERS & RENTERS BEWARE!!! The building looks good on the tour, but after you move in the staff are very uncooperative. The buildings are very noisy at night because of the extremely high density. The residents are very transient so their is no pride of ownership. This is a condo-conversion with most units purchased by investors, therefore, the propoerty are 80% tenant ccupied. Sales are slow and resales are selling for less than the purchase price. Due to the poor contruction quality, I'm believe there will be an eventual class action suit further impacting the decline property value. <P>
