Apartment Review for Regents La Jolla

When you're signing the lease- they love you. When you're moving out you're a criminal. 90 days and I still haven't received my deposit. Unwarranted repairs deducted from deposit amount. Incredibly rude, inept leasing staff with questionable IQs and sketchy business ethics. Otherwise just lovely. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Oh, did I mention the barking dogs, noisy students, crying babies,stinking kitchen and silver moths? <P>
