Review for Alicia Plaza Apartments

After placing a security hold on an apartment I was considering, I found a better place elsewhere and called within 72 hours to release the property. They advised they were going to charge me $60 for two "credit application processing fees" for my roommate and myself. I asked how they could charge a processing fee for applications that had never existed...? They advised that was 'just their policy.' My credit card company agreed the charges were unrighteous and stopped the $60 charge. These guys then placed a stop payment on the security portion of the deposit and took out not only the $60 for processing credit applications that never existed...they tacked on another $35 for administration. It's been 3 months and I still don't have a single dollar back from my original $260...all from just looking at a prospective apartment.

The people at the front desk were initially very nice to me...but they were gone three weeks later...all three of them...and the property management company is as crooked as a stick. It is truly a shame that people like this exist in Orange County. Do not walk away...run!!
