Review for Alicia Plaza Apartments

At first look this place looks nicely kept, grasses, bushes tress all nicely trimmed... but that's about all they put their focus on is the landscaping... other than that you can forget it!!

*Staff is very unhelpful, staff changes weekly, that includes the maintenance guys.

*Noise at all hours of the night... parties, teenagers hanging around the property, cars w/ loud music...

*BUGS everywhere even after it's been treated by their bug guy. I had fleas in my apartment when I had no pets!! Took over a month of bitching to finaly get it resolved... Spiders, silverfish,roaches... you name it... it's here... no matter how much you keep clean... they don't do regular bug sprays.. you have to request it & even then they don't come through. oh and ANTS are a major problem here. they're everywhere!!!

*They had me move in with a leaky kitchen sink, stove burner broken, base boards half painted, bedroom doors not shutting, and if you did get them to shut... you need a strong male or at least 2 people to yank the door open, closet doors not sliding open, list goes on...

*Only internet & cable provider you have an option for in these apartments is skylink which sucks!! They overcharge & have really poor selection & quality & customer service.

*water, gas & trash is billed on one single bill from Pacific Water & power... they completely over charge & do not return phone calls. They charge you just as much for gas as they do for water & the only thing that runs on gas is the water heater which isn't even located in the apartment. We get billed for trash that the property maintance uses & ontop of all the charges there's an additional 5.00 fee for God knows what... it's a straight rip off!!

*There's so much more! I'm just getting so upset thinking of all the lies they've told me & the promises that they made just to move me in... oh and there's no security... they say there is at night.. .I have never seen any hired security around here at all! Only cops when they get called out here for one thing or another....

I can't wait for my lease to be up so that I can move out!!!!
