Review for Alicia Village Apartments

The worst apartment I've ever had. It smelled mildewy when we two naive just out of college kids moved in. They said it was because the carpet had just been cleaned. Lie. When it flooded during a rain storm around Valentine's Day 2000, I knew the truth. It had clearly flooded before. They refused new carpet and brought in big blowers to dry the place out. They never fixed anything that was broken and tried to act like it was the tenant's fault. I've done a little research since on Arnel management myself, and know that the owner has actually called leasing staff himself to yell at them for giving deposit money back.

Please don't live here. You'll be sorry. The staff are very nice when you are coming to rent, but will basically be fired for doing anything to help the tenant.
