A criminal ran through the downstairs apartment backyard at one point in time during a foot pursuit with police. There will be sheriffs at the complex everyday for some sort of incident on site. look forward to not having hot water in the morning before work. replace your own light bulbs the second week. make sure to have some extra cash for when your car is towed. underage drinking in the parking lot is a common occurrence. the leasing office staff is dreadful. the maintenance staff will park in empty spots with their golf carts on a regular basis. residents will leave trash in front of their doors for more than two days. more importantly the trees surrounding the area are likely to fall through your roof... yes it has happened
