Review for Prado At Laguna Hills Apartments

At first I thought I was only excited to be getting my first apartment and over looked everything that seemed wrong with this dump. I thought the rent price was great until I saw cockroaches in and outside of my apartment. And oarking, forget it...One side of the complex has tons of parking, when the other side full everynight by 7pm. My friends had to park outside on the street with the likely possibility of getting hit by traffic. The gates were always broken and served no purpose. There were children constantly breaking things outside, playing in the disgusting laundry rooms and hanging from the mail posts, always unsupervised. But all of this was just the start of it, my biggest issue was the MOLD!!! I had black mold around every window seal in my apartment, the carpets were wet from water intrusion, and the response time top this matter was nonexistent!! After just two months of living there I ended up in the hospital after having an asthma attack for the first time in my life. Now that I no longer live there, I thougt my condition would get better, but it ha s only gotten worse. According to my doctor there has been permanent damage to my lungs from the HIGH percentage of mold in my apartment. When I moved out of the apartment I noticed more than half of my furniture ruined from water intrusion and mold. Half of my dressors were soaked in mold spores. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against Prado's management company, if any of you out there have experienced anything similar to this please conact me via email.
