Review for Prado At Laguna Hills Apartments

I lived in this apartment for 2 years and the property was also a mess, dirty sidewalks, dirt in the pool area and in the pools. The pool heater in one of the pools NEVER worked, their excuse was "we are waiting on the new heater" but the new heater never came. The partking sucked! if you didn't have a garage for get it, you were screwed. Then came the towing problem, without any notice, the vehicles are towed at a moments notice. Try doing your laundry in a nice clean laundry room, yeah right, that is was a big fat joke. The laundry room was dirtier than my toilet bowl. The management needs to take some classes on customer service and public relations, because by no means do they know how to deal with the tenants in a professional manner, set an appointment with one of them and they are not available at the scheduled time. Forget about getting your full deposit refund, they make up some kind of BS as to why they are not going to give it back to you. You would think that being in Laguna Hills which is considered to be a very nice area, this apartment complex would have a more cleaner and all the ammenities that are offered would be available all the time, well they are not!. The brochure is BS and should be re-written to disclose that Prado is actually like living in the GHETTO!
