Review for Prado At Laguna Hills Apartments

I have been here two years and plan to leave at the end of lease - I wish I had read the reviews before renting here the main reason was the location - we have pest control here every month spraying and trying to control the cockroach problem, we have been flooded twice in the 2 years.

Management now that is a joke! they pretend not to receive your checks on time to enforce a fee each month, you have to tell them what you want/expect when you have a problem - if you don't ask you WILL not get at this complex.

There are huge number of people living in one apartment, lots of screaming kids there should be patrols at night to ensure everyone is living by the rules and ensure this complex remains a nice place to live.

If you don't get the response you need from the leasing office go directly to the management company and make sure everyone is aware there is a problem, I think as a lot of the residents do not speak English or have computers they just take the sh** from the leasing office.

I wish the management company would come and check and talk to the residents to find out how each one is really feeling maybe even have a bilingual person so you can speak to most of the residents.

The other thing which I was really suprised about was the rent when I came they were doing a special of 2 months free the following year the rent went up $100 per month ! they get you in then screw you the following year.
