Review for Prado At Laguna Hills Apartments

Fitness room smells, never paper towels in towel dispenser, no air freshner, air conditioner never on. Windows in front that gets far too much sun all day could be tinted. Equipment always broken. If treadmill broken takes approximately 2 months to fix. Even fixed the treadmill myself with a kitchen magnet to put on start button. Looked up the part that needed to be repaired and the cost was a whopping $12.00, and then it still took 2 months before they got it running again.

Not enough parking!! Because most apartments have 2 or 3 families in them with 3 or 4 cars (some of the cars broken down in parking lot taking up a space) Only the front of the complex is maintained decent, rest of complex looks like crap. Lots of junk on patios and balconies, lots of satellite dishes on roof and ledges (totally against the rules and policies) I don't think the manager, Bonnie Tauaika has ever walked the premises to see what the property actually looks like. Trash areas are always a big ugly mess (looks like a dump site. Supposedly there is a street sweeper to clean parking lot, but the guy is always sleeping or listening to radio in his street sweeper truck. Don't know exactly when he sweeps, it never looks like it. I could go on for days. There is some serious need for new management, and some cleaning up of the property.
