I've lived here for over 6 months now and it's not as bad as everyone's making it out to be. I haven't had any bug problems at all, and I'm even on the ground floor!!! They can't really do anything about only having one parking space per unit, if you don't like it, spend the extra $75 a month and get a **** garage! I live right next to the pool and there are always kids out there, but I can't hear anything from outside when I'm in my house. Yes, most of the population is mexican, but hello, your in california, deal with it. They looked at me funny too when I first moved in, everyone does that whether they're mexican or white. All you have to do is get to know them. The management are kind of dicks, they just got new ones so I don't really know how these ones are going to be. Maintenance is very fast. They do have a problem with keeping the washers and dryers running though. Over all I'd say it's a pretty good place to live. <P>
