Review for Villa Solana Apartments

I moved in 2 years ago and loved the place. Things were taken care of the day I called for service. In September of my first year I discovered that my oven would not keep temperature and reported it to the office. They sent someone out and the termostadt for the oven needed replacement. It took them two weeks to get the part and put it in. After their repair, I couldn't use the oven or the broiler because everything would burn, even when the temp was set on low. This problem was reported constantly to the office and ignored. Finally, after one year the stove was replaced in October of my 2nd year. At that time, I asked about some dark spots between the railing in my ceiling and the cottage cheese of my ceiling. I was told that this was just small cracks or gaps between them. Fine no problem. Then one of the doors to my bathroom fell off the hinges, nobody came to repair it, so I had to do it myself. Clearing the bathtub drain or sink drains has been my issue to take care of because I cant get anybody to handle things here. The management left me a notice that they were coming to check the smoke detectors and change the filter in the heater. They NEVER showed up and no testing has been done on any of the alarms. The topper to all of this is that last night I discovered that the small "gaps or cracks" between the beam and cottage cheese ceiling of my bedroom is BLACK MOLD!!! No wonder I have been feeling lik crap for the last year!! I cant wait to get out of this place!! The low life tenants that have moved in over the last couple of years and the lack of attention given to the property by management has finally made this complex one that should be avoided at all costs!!!
