Villa Solana=Hell on Earth. I've een here for less than a year and already i can't wait to leave!!! My health has been poor in the last year due to "allergies" which eventually turned into bronchitis and pneumonia. The conditions here at villa solana certainly did nothing to benefit my health. To list just a few of the o-so-delightful features villa solana has to offer: -Noisy!!!!! Car alarms, babies crying, parties, paper thin walls, domestic abuse downstairs (i had to call 911 from all of the screaming, banging, and crying! -Had drug dealer repeatedly parking in my assigned parking spot as it faces a wall making the occupants of the car difficult to see. I had to ask them to move personally, (found out they were dealing weeks later when i personally witnessed police taking him away)-talk about not feeling safe!.....the police are no strangers to this complex! -The management staff seem friendly enough at first, but after just a few months we repeatedly received notices that we owed certain emounts of money. (Which we did not) A notice was left on our door saying that we owed a large sum of money that they wanted to be payed within less than two days! -That's not even legal! Upon going to the office multiple times upon their request they finally allowed me to look at their documentation of my rental history payments here on the computer since they couldn't even figure out what they had documented. There were random "fees" thrown in at strange amounts like $4.51 that had no logical reason to be there. We payed all of our bills. If you are brave enough to rent here document everything yourself if you don't want to become victim to random fees! -Carpets heavily stained when we moved in, they didn't replace them -Gardner likes to start using weed-wacker just outside the window (about 10 feet from my bed) @ 7:30 am -Within the short time i've been here fellow tenant quality has taken a dive for the worst. I feel like I live in a poor ghetto. -Parking is impossible -Orange mold on bathroom ceiling -Hairs stuck in paint on walls and doors, yuck! The draw to this complex: allow for big dogs w/ $500.00 deposit and monthly #35.00 pet rent tacked on Bottom line: There are better places to rent and i intend to find them as soon as i can!
