Review for Villa Solana Apartments

During the 12 month period that I lived at Villa Solana I experienced many problems. From my car being stolen to poor customer relations. The first thing that attracted me here was the price and the willingness to have animals. That was the only good thing about it. My car was stolen from in front of my apartment, along with the parking pass which I was told I would have to pay $50 for. Parking is horrific, if you arrive home after 8:30pm YOU WILL NOT find a spot inside the complex, managment suggest to park "down the street". That would be fine if there was parking "Down the street" or in a decent nieghborhood, but the closest parking would be about 1/2 mile away in the worst area of town. Upon moving out I received a bill regarding deposits and move out expenses. Above normal wear and tear they had added in certain "administration" charges, which to this day (60 days) after moving out they have not responded or explained. They keep avoiding my phone calls and when I went in person to speak to someone, they all act as if no one can help me. The Equity Group as well does not return my phone calls. As I stated earlier this apartment fit my price range at the time but I am glad that this nightmare is over. Beware of coyotes at night walking the complex, car thieves, gang activity, and poor customer relations.
