My husband and I have lived here for about 9 months now and we love it. Our unit is towards the back of the complex and its always super quiet, we never hear cars or anything lse. The office staff is very friendly and always greet us by name. Maintenance is prompt, our problems, which were minor, were laways fixed within 24 hours. Parking can be a challenge at times, but we've learned how to deal with it. Its not as bad as at other places we lived. Overall, we love living here.

Not that these apartments are cheap or anything but they are one of the least expensive in Laguna Niguel and it shows. Most of the time I had to park my second car on the street because there was no inside parking anywhere near my apartment. Many nights I was awaken by car alarms going off up and down the street. At least once a week a car was broken into and my car was keyed from front to back once. When I stopped an officer who was going down the street one morning to tell her she said that's nothing last week there was a crazy man in my complex hacking cars up with an axe. I guess I got off easy. :| Not to mention the man that lives down stairs from me is a smoker and I couldn't even use my air conditioner because his patio was right next to the air vent that would pull all the smoke into my apartment and he would throw all his butts in the grass which is now dead all around our apartment. Yuck. <P>
