I lived here for just 3 months and these people r simply dishonest.They didnt return my security deposit for 40 days,i kept calling them and they wud say they have sent check which wud never reach me,then they said they dont have my address although i gave them my address and took their acknowledgment ...EVERY IS a joke for them,THESE PEOPLE R SO GOOD THAT THEY SEEMS TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN LAW AND THEIR OWN RULES gov. dont need to need to frame any laws..U KNOW WHAT FINALLY my check arrived one day but they made deductions for things which wud give heart attack to any one,...THEY CUT RENT FOR DAYS I HAD ALREADY PAID ,i had th e recipt and copy of the check which i sent them and asked them to return my money to me but form then till today I m JUST FIGHTING FOR MY MONEY....THEY DONT REPLY ...and now they have stopped pick up the phone..THEY DONT PICK UP CALLS ,DONT CALL BACK...THIS IS NOT THE JUST THE PROPERTY MANAGMENT ITS THE FULL MANAGMENT.
I HAVE WRITEN AND CALLLED KATIE THE PROPERTY MANAGMER ,THE REGIONAL MANAGER OF PACIFICA MANAGMENT..SAZAN AUSTON..AND THEN I WROTE AND CALLED SHAUNA PRIBYL. BUT NO REPLY AND I HAVE SPOKEN TO HER ASSISTANT NIKI 2 TIMES..SHE WUD SAY THAT SHE WUD ASK BUT NOTHING WUD BE DONE...NOW SHE HAS STARTED TALK IMPOLITELY ...d'''m people these PACIFICA MANAGMENT IS SO GOOD THAT I THINK THEY JUST MAKE MONEY VIA THIS PRCOESS AS THE PRPEORTIES R SO BADLY MATAINED THAT COPS R THERE VERY VERY OFTEN...I SEE POLICE CAR STANIDNG EVERY NOW AND THEN...MY DEPOSIT IS STILL NOT RETURENED BACK FULL..I DONT UNDERSTAND UNDER WHICH LAW CAN THESE PEOPLE CUT MY MONEY FOR RENT WHICH I PAID TO THEM AND HOW CAN THEY CUT MONEY FOR THINGS WHICH THEY R NOT SUPPOSE TO ..IS THERE NO CA LAW..if some one know what i can do to get my deposit back pl. tell me...these peple make vis this way so if u grow dollars on tree then live here...

I've lived at Ashwood for about a year and a half and I love it! Allan is THE BEST manager you could ever ask for! Always helpful, willing to work with the tenants, remembers your name, and actually CARES about what's going on in the complex. Very family and pet friendly. The surrounding area is not as ideal, but once you step through the gate it's a different world.

I have lived in the apartment community for a lot of years. This complex rates very well. they have taken(the managers) this place and tried to make something of it. I recently moved from here to another place in El Cajon and if it was not for needing to be closer to my job and living next door to my sister to babysit, I would still be at Ashwood. it has its moments just like others but at least the manager cares about his property. Try knocking on your manager's door after 5pm. I've never heard of Allen not answering his door to talk to you. if you are looking for a place that is just down right beautiful, then look somewhere else. But if you are looking for a community that has what you like and need, try Ashwood Apartments.

the apartments are going thru a few changes and the property may not be the best, but the management team and maintenance staff know what they are doing. good place for all. they have their issues just like any other place, but where have you found a place that the manager walks the property at all hours of the night, the maintenance people who actually work and an office that that really does care about their tenants? I'll stay. <P>

I have lived in Ashwwod Apts. for 5 yrs. I love it. The management is great and very responsive to my needs. The atmosphere is wonderful, many sounds of happiness, childrens giggles, neighbors laughs. This is a wonderful place to raise a family. Everthing is so conveinent, safe and well tended to. The apartments are undergoing a few changes, changes for the better. If you miss the chance to move in now then you are wasting your time for your future to live in a wonderful, outstanding community. <P>
