Apartment Reviews for The Village At Parkway - Lincoln

This is an income restricted apartments. The manager, Ashley is one of the nicest people I know. She will work with you and is very compasionate and understanding. This is an ok area of Lincoln, I never heard of any crime happening in our complex. There is only one maintenance guy for the entire complex so he is pretty busy, it takes awhile for him to get to you when it is minor. When we moved in, the unit wasn't as clean as I would have liked but nothing that wasn't quickly fixed. I love it overall, it is quite, the management is great and in a decent area. Move here.
