Apartment Reviews for Chardonnay Garden Apartments - Livermore

I moved in when Bobbie ran the apartments and it was exactly like the last person stated, she was unforgiving and rude, I couldnt even open my window because I lived by the pool and she would constantly be smoking a cigarette by my window even though she knew I had a newborn child. I was lucky enough to kind of fly under her radar.

I was so happy when the new management took over. They are very nice and accomodating. The atmosphere has changed completely, its a more youthful, upbeat community. The renovations they have done are amazing. I love it here. And I would definately recommend these apartments to any one.

The only problem is the lack of parking, and the occasional noise, teenagers who think its funny to be loud.

Other than that its a great community.
