We Found 50 Apartments
Marbrisa Apartments are located at Termino Avenue and the Pacific Coast Highway. Resident reviews both like the location and convenience of the proximity to the PCH and dislike the traffic noise created by closeness to major hospitals and the ambulance sirens. Overall tenant reviews agree the buildings are attractive and upscale. The parking is convenient, underground and gated, but not without the occasional break in. One unhappy tenant listed maintenance difficulties with "sewer" water backed up into her kitchen sink and wrote her review while waiting for help. No update to the situation was posted by the reviewer and management did not address her concerns online.
