Near California State University Long Beach Channel Point Apartments provides a home that residents describe as safe and clean with great amenities. The location has also been described as "ideal", right near the East Pacific Coast Highway, with ample parking and extra storage. Several reviews mentioned the high rental price and frequently increasing rents and that Channel Point might do well with a renovation to justify the expense. Tenants also detailed sketchy move out charges and management staff that handles paperwork poorly or inconsistently and there was no management response to 2012 reviews.

I've lived here for a few years now and we seem to have turned a corner. They seem to have stopped towing residents at least, the finally finished the new clubhouse and the landscaping looks much better.

I agree with all prior reviews. Unsafe. Parking insufficient - tried to tow car out of garage once. Poor maintenance. Unprofessional, rude management; misrepresentation, deceit. Failure to fix broken lights, dishwasher, oven, microwave = all broken. Include me in the class action.
