Westwood Village sits on Hilgard Avenue, practically on the University of California – Los Angeles campus. In addition to the perks of living close to campus, Westwood tenants can be at the beach in just 10-15 minutes. So, the location is almost ideal. Right down the street is a 7-Eleven, A Delphi Greek, Damoka, Paris Bakery, Starbucks, and Bank of America, just to mention a few. There are a few reviewers that feel the grounds and parking could be safer or better-lit. Reviews have mentioned are that crime is an issue in the area. Also, some renters say the property could be more recently updated.
