The location is pretty good, in terms of centrality. It's fairly safe, alth with the high turnover, my car was broken into once when the gates were wide open for a move. The managing couple are pretty terrible. The wife cares more about letting her kids play in the pool, which I wouldn't begrudge her, if she did her job as well. They don't respond in a timely manner and give no updates. Things take forever to get fixed.
