There are a lot of inconsiderate, noisy neighbors in this building who don't clean up after their dogs and leave garbage in front and around the building. Neighbors and building staff also leave doors all around the complex unlocked and frequently propped open. Heaven help you if you have a unit near an entrance because all the doors slam really loudly and neighbors don't care because building management never addresses it. Transients sometimes wander inside because of open doors. Carpets throughout the common areas (halls, elevators, etc.) should have been replaced years ago; they are beyond cleaning. Also walls and ceilings are very thin and you can hear your neighbors doing everything and anything.
This building has a lot of potential, but the lack of upkeep and basic cleanliness make it feel like much more of a dump than it is. Did I mention the building is VERY NOISY?
