Outstanding ownership team. Great place for the middle class on their way up, their way down, stable, or retired. Very secure inside the building, although the neighborhood has some crime issues at times. I personally have never had a problem, and walk often during the day and night.
Excellent tenants aged in their 20's through their 80's, but all are emotionally mature. This is not a party place for those who haven't quite figured out what they're going to do after college, or whatever. Most folks here work full time, we have everyone from waitresses to attorneys living here > this is not a place for the slacker crowd.
Racially diverse, and everyone here is definitely cool.
Good churches nearby, and excellent walking opportunities across the street at MacArthur Park.
