Their security needs work. Although parking is gated, there are still areas that are open for people to get in. There have been many robberies, acts of vandalism, a few assaults, etc. If anything were to happen, there are surprisingly no security cameras for the amount you pay to live there, plus the leasing office is no help when reporting a situation.
