I've lived at Ariel Court for over a year and the experience has been a pleasant one. The location is the best part, no long walks to class and I can leave my car in the assigned parking space in the garage. No noise complaints and the manager doesn't put up with a lot. Probably why there's not many undergrads here, or maybe they're here but they're really quiet?? Maintenance issues are handled quickly and the apartment was upgraded when I moved in. New carpet and wood flooring looks really nice. The building is a little old, but kept up nicely. All the buildings in this area are old anyway, these guys do their best to maintain appearance.
