The place is nice enough...probably one of the better values on the Westside and they allow pets, which is a plus. No perks such as a pool, gym, or anything like that, but does have gated parking and secured front door (that helps to keep out the homeless who like to sleep in between the two buildings).
Despite the good value, the 2180 building is located on a very busy intersection and you will hear traffic (and fire trucks) at all hours if your apartment faces that way. Note to the wise: DON'T PARK ON THE STREET if you can avoid it. I can't tell you how many times my car was almost hit by cars veering to avoid an accident.
Additionally, the property manager is very difficult to reach and you will wait a long time for simple repairs to be made, if they are made at all.
Overall, I would recommend this place if you don't mind the next to non-existent management and various shady tenants that have moved in over the past year or so.
