If you want to live in a prision this is the place, if you're a single woman (like myself) you cannot go outside after dark, I even think twice about going out to walk around during day hours. Reason, we are in skid row. Skid row is not going to improve over the next 5 yrs. More sex offenders and drug addicts are arriving in the 4 blocks around this building daily. If you want to have a family here, well small units with no sound proofing, I can here my neighbors have sex weekly. Then if you're lucky to live in the center of the building you have no view and are in a cell block. This building has it's perks, but i would recommend other places before this one, just based on safety. This building is in skid row and I've seen lots of unspeakable things happen on San Pedro St just steps from my front door. I wouldn't support anyone thinking of buying here, especially women. Beware, you won't make much money trying to resell this place, if you can find a buyer willing to buy here.
