The new owners (Hammer Ventures) are rushing through the conversion process to SELL, SELL, SELL! So current and future renting residents better step aside, because the management treats you like you're in the way. The management office is never open, there is always construction people around, drilling into your wall, filling the hallways with paint fumes and fixing the electrical. In the last two months, the residents have been going through numerous fire alarms, water being turned off, the gates and entry ways not working, etc. Management (Monarch Group) doesn't respond to complaints. We have called Hammer Ventures' "designated transition liasons" to discuss the problems twice, and no one has returned our calls. The owners don't care much about the rental residents and they will not care about buyers.
