I hope you all see thought the positive reviews from the management. Everything written about the homeless situation is true. I will focus on the inside of the green gate. Ive lived here for over 2 1/2 years and its progressively getting worse. The parking lot has turned into skid row (trash, people living in there cars and break-ins). The pool and area is never clean, the elevators have developed a thick layer of dirt on all surfaces and the laundry room in a mess. This has happened in the last year. I've been offered to purchase my unit for well below market value and its still-not worth it. Yes downtown is being redeveloped but this area has been deemed to the homeless( new shelters, battered homes and training centers) all nice but not in my backyard. Do your research its all true this area is being redeveloped for the homeless not working people looking to make an investment. I used to be a positive person but seeing skid row everyday has made me angry.
