Beauty is just a facade. Management does not screen tenants as much as they use to. We are surrounded with unemployed neighbors who use their stove as heaters, we have neighbors who came from the ghetto of Philly and are not use to the urban-metropolitan living. Patrol officers suck under supervision of Mr. Flores who is very unprofessional and barely speaks English, Victor who barely speaks English as well and would hang up on you if he doesnt understand the question. Where's the customer service? Car patrols are often seen using their cell phones while making their evening inconsistent rounds. Speed limits are not enforced (I have this on video just for kicks. We also have the unauthorized vehicles parking inside the PLB complex to save $10 parking at the Farmers Market. Very unsafe!!!How pathetic is that? EXTREMELY!!!
