Okay... where do I start.... Apts are fine, parking is fine(I live in a town home). However, I am at odds with the management, I have never experienced such an incompetent concentration of underachievers. I understand being a leasing agent is a low skill position but if it's your job, do it to the best of your ability. To be more specific, I believe her name is Laural, what a piece of work, not only is she incompetent and unpleasant, she is seriously unattractive. One would think, given her beastly appearance she would have developed an engaging personality and not to mention a work ethic. I've experienced better customer service at the DMV! If I am not mistaking, PLB is a publicly traded firm. I am certain the shareholders not approve of current managements practices. PLB is a nice place to live it's a shame the front office is so unprofessional.
