I have a one bedroom here at 1,390 a month with a garage. It took them three months to fix simple items from broken dead bolts to doors that stick. The repair guys have even said to us to put your foot at the bottom of the door to pry the top out first to open this door instead of shaving the corner to fix. There's a smell of urine, fecees and a large pile of stool in the parking garage by the dumpster they have not cleaned up in over 4 weeks, I've been calling once a week and also got a neighbor to call and it's still there and smells. what a way to go to work in the morning seeing a pile of stool and smell of dried urine.
The positive is the landscaping is pretty nice, on the cover it looks great as a gated community, central location to Los Angeles however if you have a leak, issue they send someone out right away but getting it fixed is another story. Exhausting calling them for the same problem because they can not locate the stool by the Garage #, in spot #, next to the dumpster. Maybe they employee blind maintenance guys.
