This is the worse place anyone can live. It was okay the first 3 weeks but soon I realize why the ratings and the comments were so bad. 1st - this place is guarded by bunch of gangster at the guard shack. They don't do their job and only thing they do well is talking to the female residents. I once almost got in a fight with one of them because he was being giving attitude. 2nd - Management is a JOKE here!!!!! Martin is the biggest joke and person on earth. He charged painting after we moved out and by California law it is illegal to charge for paint. They also charged us over $300 for cleaning. That place was sparkling clean when we left and we notice a week after someone else moved in. If the place was so bad how could someone move in that fast! Once I had to call 10 times for them to fix something in the bathroom and they never return your call. They all have an attitude problem. This is not a place to be!
