Review for Villa Azure Apartments

This place lures you in to believe it's a "luxury community", but that couldn't be further from the truth. There are several college students, young teenagers, and non-professional individuals. If you receive at least 50% of your deposit back then you are a part of the lucky few. My place was immaculate, and they still managed to charge me $350 from a $500 deposit. There were gun shots fired in the area around six months ago. I would definitely NOT recommend this to anyone else. You can get so much more for the money. Speaking of the money, management would get you to believe that you could negotiate your rent, but this is untrue. They raise the prices above their normal rent for that particular period. If someone comes along and would like to rent the place at a reduced price, then management would negotiate until you've hit the initial number. In the end, they will always win while you think you're walking away a winner
