the manager of this apt. whose name is Eugene Teodorescu is the BIGGEST ASSHOLE you will ever encounter in your life. Not only is he a bully, he is also a huge CRIMINAL! The following items listed are what my neighbors and i have experienced while living here. 1. will not return your security deposits, you have to threaten to sue to get your money back and even after that you up to a year to get it back. 2. does not give handicapped people parking spots in the garage even though they offer to pay for an extra space and he has several empty spots open but denies any exist. 3. does not allow your guests to use your parking space even if they have your consent. he walks around with a clipboard of license plate numbers and makes you register your car with him upon renting. if caught doing this, he will chase your guest from the garage bellowing as he monitors who comes in and out of the garage OR just tow a non-registered car even if it is your own and he doesnt have it registered with him! 4. does not clean the pool. ever. it's disgusting. 5. leaves a several foot window open next to elevator. this window has no screen and several people have almost fallen out of it as they realize there's no glass. 6. does not allow you have visitors. even if there are only a few people in your apt or he doesnt recognize the person as his tenant. they will undergo a severe and uncalled for interrogation, be threatened and chased from the building. or if you are having a "party" with just a few guests talking in your living room, you will be severely reprimanded and threatened even though it says nowhere on the lease you are not allowed guests over. 7. no pets it says in the lease, but he interprets this to mean no fish as well. 8. no noise ever. forget even playing your radio. within 5 minutes he will be banging your door down. 9. if he promised you, you could sublet, he will take back this promise the minute you cross him. 10. the $25 you give him at the beginning to do a credit check never gets done. if you don't believe me check your credit to see whose accessed it, you wont find anything from this apt. he pockets the money. 11. got termites eating through your wall? he will take over a month to get this taken care of and even then you have to bug him every day. 12. makes you pay your apt. deposit in CASH!? if that isn't the most preposterous thing i've ever heard. STRAIGHT INTO HIS POCKET! 13. does not issue receipts. 14. does not give you 24 hour written notice before illegally entering your apt. 15. my carpet has not been shampooed in over 2 years, still wont clean it. he is probably planning to take it out of MY security deposit even though i've only lived there for one year. 16. does not do an initial walk-through of the apt. with you to asses previous damage. 17. the police know this guy's name and have received several complaints about him. unfortunately, these are civil matters and they cannot take action. tenants who live here are too lazy about hiring a lawyer, most give up or let this guy bully them because he is so difficult to deal with. 18. the company, amir development, who owns this building are shady as hell. they do not return phone calls and delay delay delay all matters concerning this guy. though, people call and complain about the harrassment from their manager, they do not fire him. this leads me to believe they are all criminals in this together acting to rob college students of their money. 19. despite this being a decent place, the manager and the company are so corrupt that it's not worth the hassle of living here. i'd rather pay a few hundred dollars more and be free of the headache and stress this man and this company have given me all year. 20. if i had known all these facts previously, i would have saved myself a lot of trouble. * JOIN THE FACEBOOK GROUP: DON'T LIVE AT 655 HELL-TON!
