Worst place to live, the landlord/manager is the biggest pain in the butt. He is a nazi, you cannot have guests or visitors. He will complain to and yell at you. He seems nice and once you sign the paperwork he has got you and turns your life to hell. If you want to live in complete silence, no TV [he threatened to call the cops if i watched a movie with the volume on], and no visitors -they cannot enter the building without being treated like criminals. Do not expect any overnight guests either.
