Apartment Review for Archstone Los Feliz

While the unit itself is quite nice, the security is troubling. I have noted several cars following residents' vehicles into the gated garage. Residents have had their cars broken into and/or vandalized; I have witnessed people just sitting in their cars, possibly arranging a drug deal; a guy who looked like a pimp was parked in my spot when I first moved in; there have been a ton of water shut-offs in the late morning; there has been significant noise from apartments being built in my wing--I'm pretty sure this violates tenant rights, but need to look this up, as Archstone has lied to residents calling these "routine" water maintenance checks. This place does not provide the level of safety that they should for the money.
