Review for Bel Air Vista Apartments

First coming to this apartment was a great experience. The managers were friendly and treated their tenants with great respect. The benefits I enjoyed about this apartment complex was that they accepted pets and the managers were quick and willing to resolve issues. Ever since the new manager took over it has been quite a battle. It has been one complication and obstacle after another. First the overall rent of the apartments went up a considerable amount as well as the additional fee for pets. On top of which it seems like her goal is to run all the tenants out with her resistance to pause and care about her tenants. It seems like the manager is unreasonable and picky in her absurd demands. She is extremely rude and unwilling to listen to any of the occurring problems in the building. This manager is not an approachable person and therefore makes it very difficult as a renter to bring matters up to her. The apartment complex itself is new, nice, very livable with great apartments and is in a wonderful, convenient location; the manager however makes this a renter's experience from hell. I would have recommended this apartment before with the other management. Now with this manager I say unless you want a headache and a major pain in your side, DO NOT MOVE HERE.
