Review for Bel Air Vista Apartments

The apartment was originally great. The first manager was good, then they brought in an assistant manager to help out. She helped us move in and promised us before we moved that our unit would be painted. It never happened until the current manager took over. I was excited at first because she got our apartment painted within a week. However quickly things changed. The new pet rules came into place. She would often complain abut our dogs barking and told me it was the girls bellow us. However when I contacted them they said they never had complained. We finally moved out after she raised our rent quiet a bit and then our dog fee when from 25 for two dogs to 150. We moved out and the manager actually had the balls to lecture me about how dogs shouldn't live in apartments buildings and that is is unfair for me to have a dog when I work during the day. I have a 4 pound dog. There is plenty of room for her in a two bedroom apartment and really I don't need the management telling me how to treat my dog.
