Worse Management Ever

The guy Steven is never there at the office. He takes off without any backback. Things remain broken until he returns from his workout or vacation. He also lies to everyone's face. Whenever there's a criticism, he takes them personally and is extremely defensive. This weekend, the garage door is broken, and he is nowhere to be found. His emergency contact? "You know where my apartment is."
