In resident reivews of Beverly Arnaz Luxury Apartments, many have said that maintenance was an issue, but say that since IMT purchased the complex living has improved measurably. IMT has listened to residents and is making significant updates to the property. The complex is right next to Beverly Hills where residents can find the Los Angeles County Museum of Arts, Neveux Artisan Creamery, and Haru Sushi and Roll Café. For groceries, a Whole Foods Market is within walking distance and is a convenient place to pick up anything you need. Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is also very close to the apartment building.

Since IMT purchased the Beverly Arnaz apts. living here has improved measurably. I have lived here 2+ years and was preparing to move due to filth in the common areas, dog poop and pee everywhere and management that ignored complaints.. Washing machines were always breaking down and elevators were constantly out of service. IMT personnel has listened to tenants and I have to say that things have greatly improved and, from what I understand, work to date is just the "tip of the iceberg". IMT appears to be dedicated to making improvements that greatly enhance living conditions for every tenant. Current personnel is helpful, polite and pleasant. Management is on top of things which makes living here a wonderful experience. If you are looking for a well managed building with a management team that keeps things in order you could not do better than the Beverly Arnaz.
