Apartment Review for Finn Apartments

I wish I had paid more attention to the information available about this place online before moving in. It is currently wrapped up in an endless and nasty lawsuit. There is a lot of documentation on the lawsuit online, so please read it to understand what is going on. The sheriff's department is involved. The owner, Sophia (Tu My Tong), lies like she breathes. She claims to have "partners" who she has to consult with for any decision. This is a lie. The building is in poor condition, the students in the building are loud, and the "receivership estate" brought on to handle the lawsuit is complicit with the whole bait and switch scheme. If you complain to Sophia about the noise, she accuses you of lying. The apartment has two addresses it uses, so be careful when searching for information. The nice guy, "Kevin," who will show you around is in on all of it and not actually a manager of the building. He is there to trick you into thinking the place is nice, when it isn't. Overpriced, shady, and in an unsafe neighborhood, there is no win to this apartment.
