Run Far Away From This Place!!

Rented: From 2008 To 2009

Do not even think of moving here. The owner has been sued so many times for shady business practices...it's crazy. Do a name search for Tu My Tong via the LA civil court and you will find at least 3 pages of case numbers.

Building is dirty and flies are everywhere. There is no a/c. The neighborhood is complete crap. The owner goes by the alias Sophia and tries to pretend that she is only the manager but do a record search thru the county recorder's office and you will find that she is indeed the owner. Her name is Tu My Tong. She preys on students (many international) that may not know the tenant laws in this country. I had to sue her to get my security deposit back. She files frivolous lawsuits against students in retaliation.

RUN FAR AWAY AND DON"T LOOK BACK. If you ever sign a lease with this place you might as well take gasoline and a match to your money!!!!
