I was a USC student and lived here. The neighborhood is craptastic and the people who run the building are absolute back stabbers. I am currently fighting tooth and nail for my deposit. They will smile in your face and them steal your money behind your back. Not to mention, the apartment itself is scary, old, smelly and disgusting. They are the definition of slumlords.
