Rented: From 2004 To 2006

It is always a gamble at the building. Either you worried the elevators will have you trapped inside or what kind of rent increase they are going to hit you with. They raise rent after every lease over 20%. You will be told one thing one day than it changes the next. I have had insect problems that were ignored. As well as major fire hazard issues. They will never work with you on anything. Even if they flood your apartment do not expect to be compensated for it. Save your self a ton of grief and look else where.
